Incorporated in January 2003 Elite Racing Transmissions was formed to provide racecar transmissions to the US racing market. ERT's goal is to take the world of Club Racing Transmissions to the next level by incorporating design features of current Formula 1 gearboxes and supplying them to the Amateur Racer at an affordable cost.
The company's background has a wealth of experience in Racecar Transmission Design and Manufacture having supplied all levels of motorsport from Formula Ford to Formula 1 for over 20 years.
Elite Design and Manufacturing have also recently completed the design and manufacture of 50 gearbox units for the brand new Formula SCCA championship, a project that went from a blank sheet of paper to a prototype gearbox in less than two months.

As well as the above Elite is also able to offer a complete design service should a specific product not be available. Elite Racing Transmissions design team has many years experience in Racecar Transmission Design including 5 years designing gearboxes for Formula 1.
Elite Racing Transmissions also uses and Recommends Millers Oils. Following testing with many Oil types we feel that we have found the best gear oil around and with a development budget second only to the Formula 1 World you can be sure Millers will have an oil for every need. Miller Oils is available in the USA through Elite Racing Transmissions and through Elite Design and Manufacturing in the UK.
